MarTek guarantees all products it manufactures for a period 12-months, commencing
on the date the product is received by the end user. The warranty applies only to
defects in materials and/or workmanship. MarTek reserves the right to disallow
warranty repairs if the unit has been opening or misused, as determined by MarTek in
